No Notifications on Android 4.0.1

Hello, I recently updated my Captivate (SGH-I897) to Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.1 and notifications are no longer functioning. The app will still get notifications but does not send an audible notification or place a notification in the task tray. Please let me know if I can provide any further diagnostics to assist in debugging this issue.

Doesn't work for 2.3 android either. Tested on Sony Ericsson Xperia Play.

I just logged out of the Notifo app and re-logged in, everything seems to be functioning correctly again. Not sure what, if anything changed, but figured I'd leave a note and suggest people that find this try that.
