Over the past few months we have been amazed at the interesting projects you guys are working on with Notifo. If you have any more to share, we'd love to see them! We are planning on creating a section of notifo.com devoted to showcasing some great Notifo services and projects.
Here are a few we have found recently:

http://amix.dk/blog/post/19526#Monitor-anything-and-get-notifications-on-your-iPhone

http://sponsoredtweets.com/we-love-our-tweeters-release/
http://github.com/andrewwatson/Notifo-VBX-Plugin
and many, many more I'm forgetting.
I've created a Python script using MrTazz's Notifo module to read an e-mail from standard input, process it, and post an excerpt as a Notifo notification. I have it set up through an Exim pipe on my mail server (yay dogfooding!), and it seems to work pretty well.

I created a Pluggable Authentication Module (PAM) that notifies me when someone logs in via SSH. http://iharder.net/pam_notifo
It's not integrated yet, but I'll be adding Notify to DuctMail.com. =)
I worte a small pidgin plugin that sends notifo notifications when you're away: http://code.google.com/p/gtk-ftischhauser-notifo/
It's now available as pre-built binaries for both windows and linux. Have fun!
Oops I just posted a separate thread with my project... Here it is again, my project, and my service
SMS Notifications WordPress plugin - recieve a notification via Notifo, SMS or Email when certain posts/pages are viewed http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sms-notifications/
And Notifo is a service included at http://castmyclips.com The site lets you convert text to audio, and if you set up notifo, you can listen to the audio on your iphone immediately.
Notifo is so cool!
ZNC to Notifo, for anyone who uses ZNC for persistent IRC connections. It's still a work in progress, but I would love to get feedback, suggestions, bug reports, etc.

Another notifo project from me - http://1pix.me - you get a 1 pixel transparent PNG that you embed in an important web page (like your resume, or the sales page for a product) and receive a notification each time it is visited, with some info like the user's location.
It's free, and no signup is required other than providing your notifo id.
Just put together a simple bash script that is used by Transmission Bittorrent to notify me of completed downloads. http://www.fauxzen.com/transnotifo/
As there's still no Notifo GNU/Linux desktop support, I've hacked some (the code and concept are quite ugly, but it works) tool to receive notifications, publish them to AMQP broker then display them with libnotify: https://github.com/drdaeman/notifo-linux-notifier
Sure, AMQP is probably an overkill, but that's what I just already had on my router box. Maybe I'll merge two scripts into one later.
Also wrote a plugin to to Angelia Protocol Notification https://github.com/elmer/angelia/
I wrote a plugin for Redmine: https://github.com/taktsoft/redmine_notifo - I'll never miss an important ticket again :-)
I wrote a small Mac menu bar application that lets you send the clipboard content to your smartphone via notifo (or other push message providers):

Cintient is a dead-simple, PHP-based, self-hosted CI server, and it has support for Notifo. Cintient was made especially to bring CI practices to all those small to medium web projects that just don't require more complex CI setups, like Jenkins or Travis. We use Notifo to notify users of several events, including failed builds.
If you want, check it out on GitHub: https://github.com/matamouros/cintient
