Opening a notification leads me to someone else's tweet

A few days back, I noticed that mentions from a locked twitter user are now pushed by notifo & push.ly, great! But when I clicked the notification in notifo iPhone app, it brought me to someone else's tweet. This problem does not occur with mentions from a non-locked twitter user.
