    I read the API doc but did not found the limitation to Notification and Message, for example:
    1. how much user I can notify at one time at max;
    2. what is the length limitation of title/msg;

    would be great if you get this things clear, thanks!

    We have some limitations built-in that are un-published at the moment while we figure out the best limits to put in place. But, they should be high enough that you shouldn't have any problems.
