Hi,

I've pushed to CPAN just now a couple of modules:

* Protocol::Notifo: all the protocol bits and pieces to talk to the Notifo API;
* WebService::Notico: a synchronous API client;
* AnyEvent::WebService::Notifo: a asynchronous API client;
* App::Notifo: a command line tool, notifo, to send notifications.

For now, I'm only covering the send_notification API. I plan to add subscribe_user during the week.
